Testimonials shared by our patients
If you are looking for a great physical therapist check out Dr. Gus, PT, DPT. He is considerate and hard working. He works hard to get back his patient's mobility and strength. Gus has been my PT for a long time for my legs and than my arm after I fell down and broke my wrist.
Verdia
Dr Gus is wonderful! I love having him come to my house (even when it snows) for a full hour of his attention and help. I'm 80 years old and have had lots of out-patient PT due to knee replacements, a hip replacement and balance issues that have resulted in broken bones. Dr. Gus brings a very special combination of skill, empathy and good humor which have made my therapy much less stressful than I have experienced before. I will and have recommended Dr Gus to my friends and my other medical providers and will continue to do so. Each session with him has been a blessing to me and my husband.
Melinda
I've been seeing Dr. Gus for physical therapy sessions intermittently since 2023. His expertise has greatly benefited my rehabilitation journey, particularly in improving my walking ability. Thanks to his guidance, I've become more adept at navigating stairs and walking with my cane. If I ever require therapy in the future, Dr. Gus would be my first choice without hesitation.

TheraMove is credentialed with traditional Medicare/Medicaid Part B in Colorado. We also accept qualifying Medicare Advantage plans, along with private pay options for individuals without insurance coverage. TheraMove will check eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid plans and request specific insurance details such as patient deductibles, copay, and coinsurance. TheraMove and the patient will collaborate to determine the start of services after discussing insurance details. We will submit your claims to the medical insurance plan(s) you have provided information for and are currently enrolled in. You will receive a bill for any remaining balances after the insurance company processes your claim. Copays are required at the time of service. As a courtesy, we aim to verify your insurance coverage and benefits before your first visit.
When a patient is a traditional Medicare part B recipient, TheraMove will bill Medicare part B as primary. Traditional Medicare part B covers 80% of services provided in the home. The remainder 20% of services may be covered by the patient's secondary insurance (supplemental insurance) such as Tricare, BCBS, United Healthcare, etc. If the patient does not have a secondary insurance (supplemental insurance) to cover the remainder 20%, it will be the patient's responsibility to cover remainder 20%. On average this ranges between $20-$30 per 60-70 minute session.
All Medicare Advantage plans are different and TheraMove will check eligibility for all patients to determine if the insurance plan offers out of network benefits. Since Medicare Advantage plans vary widely, TheraMove will assess eligibility for each patient to ascertain whether their insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits. This approach ensures transparency and enables patients to make informed decisions regarding potential out-of-network benefits applicable to their therapy at TheraMove.
